1. Who we are

Sonrisa Dental AI Visualizer is operated by Sonrisa (business name of Rayan Nakhle, Lebanon) ("the Seller", "we", "us"). The Service is AI photo-editing software (software as a service) that generates before/after smile simulation images from uploaded photos. It is a software product only — we do not provide medical, dental, or health services of any kind.

2. Merchant of Record

All card payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you buy access, your purchase is made from Paddle, who handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf. Paddle's own checkout terms and privacy notice apply to the transaction.

3. Access & accounts

Access costs a one-time payment of $5 and unlocks lifetime use for one account. You must provide an accurate email address and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of any person without their consent.
• Use generated images to deceive, defraud, or make false medical claims.
• Present AI-generated results as guaranteed treatment outcomes.
• Attempt to bypass payment, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund where the violation is serious.

5. Medical disclaimer

Generated images are illustrative visualizations only. They are not medical advice, diagnoses, or promises of clinical results. Final treatment outcomes depend on a licensed dental professional.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and branding are owned by the Seller. You retain rights to photos you upload and may use the generated images for your own clinic or personal consultation purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service itself.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for access ($5).

8. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms. Questions: contact us via the app or at the support channel shown on the website.
