Access to Sonrisa Dental AI Visualizer is a one-time payment of $5. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
Contact us via the support channel shown on the website and include the email address you used to sign up. We will process your refund promptly.
All payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Once a refund is issued, your paid access is withdrawn. Your account and any saved history remain, but generating new visualizations requires a new access purchase.
