The website shows what the Service does before any payment. Please review it and contact us with any question before you send your payment — once payment is confirmed and access is opened, it cannot be reversed.
If you were charged twice, or your payment was confirmed but your access did not open, contact us through the support channel shown on the website with the email you signed up with and your transfer details. We will fix duplicate or failed payments.
Accounts closed for violating our Terms & Conditions are not refunded.
